Privacy

We only ask for what we need to look after your order and reply to you. We never sell your details or use them for marketing.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile, when you want it, what you ordered and any note you add.
• When you send us a custom order or a wedding enquiry: your name, mobile, the details you type in and any photo you choose to add.
• Payment: nothing is paid on this website. We text you back to confirm your order and take payment.

How we use it

Only to look after your order and reply to you. We might call or text you about it. We won’t add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone to market to you.

Where it goes

• This website is built and looked after for us by Sites by Leo and runs on Cloudflare. Orders and enquiries go from your phone to ours as a text message, written by you; the website doesn’t store them.
• We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, and taps on Call and Directions, to see how the site is going. Neither uses cookies or tracks you on other websites.
• Our fonts load from Google Fonts. Like any website, Google can see your IP address when they load.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to look after you, and for our tax records. We delete old order texts once they’re no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, fix or delete the details we hold about you at any time: call us on 0432 500 553 or ask us in store. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
